Terrell Owens Will Not Be Honored by the Pro Football Hall Of Fame

Former NFL Star and “widely” one the most polarizing wide receivers to ever play the game of football, Terrell Owens will not be attending the 2018 Pro Hall Of Fame Ceremony in Canton, as announced recently.

Instead, he will be speaking at his Alma Mater, the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga.

However, Hall of Fame executive director Joe Horrigan told the Talk of Fame Sports Network that “The focus is on the guys who are here. There’s no reason to bring him up as an individual. He’s not here.”

Instead, the Hall of Fame will simply mail Owens his gold jacket first thing Saturday, which is the morning after the rest of the Class of 2018 receives their jackets.

The Class of 2018 also features Bobby Beathard, linebacker Robert Brazile, safety Brian Dawkins, guard Jerry Kramer, linebacker Ray Lewis, wide receiver Randy Moss, and linebacker Brian Urlacher.
