America’s Favorite Potato Chip Brand Is Spreading Smiles Nationwide


For the second year in a row, America’s favorite potato chip brand is spreading smiles across the nation – for more reason than one.

Last year, Lay’s debuted limited-edition packaging tied to a $1 million donation to Operation Smile, an international children’s medical charity dedicated to improving the health and lives of children worldwide who suffer from cleft conditions.

Through the campaign, they got a glimpse of how powerful a smile can be – with customer feedback and social engagement surpassing expectations and ultimately prompting the campaign’s return in 2019.

New this year, Lay’s is unveiling 31 inspiring stories across a variety of flavors and varieties –  all featuring the faces of “Everyday Smilers” who are real-life people making an impact in their local communities and beyond.

Through the specially-designed packaging, Lay’s is sharing their stories to inspire others to do good too. Between now and September, fans have the opportunity to get inspired and share their own story of how they’re spreading smiles to help kick-start a chain effect of grins across the country.
