Nick Fradiani, winner of Season 14 of American Idol, talks about music and the very special and important project that he’s a part of.
When nine musicians from around the world gathered in Florida’s Panhandle to write and record an album benefiting brain cancer research, they weren’t counting on an uninvited guest: Hurricane Michael.
The team of songwriters, instrumentalists and producers relocated to the seclusion of Cropwell, AL, where they created twelve powerhouse songs in less than a week.
The project is a collaboration between non-profit organizations Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure (ABC2) and Rock by the Sea, Inc., with all proceeds benefiting brain cancer research at the Brain Tumor Immunotherapy Program at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
