Jersey Shore’s Mike Sorrentino reported to his 8-month prison sentence on Tuesday.
According to TMZ, Sorrentino turned himself in at the Federal Correctional Institution in Otisville, New York. The outlet claims that Sorrentino will serve time in the same prison where Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump‘s former attorney, will serve.

Before turning himself in, Sorrentino tweeted to friends, family and fans-urging them to write letters to him while he is locked up.

Sorrentino’s wife took to Instagram to support her husband. “So proud to call this incredible man my husband ? just found this pic from Lake Tahoe the year we got back together in 2013 ?? to the strongest man I know, I love you endlessly, see you soon honey #FreeSitch,” she wrote.
