Country stars Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood have added to their family! Yearwood took to Facebook on Tuesday to announce that they adopted rescue dog.

Yearwood posted photos of their adorable new black and white rescue, Millie. Yearwood claimed that she was the only dog adopted that day from Maury County Animal Services and urged for others to adopt and save lives.

“Introducing Millie, our new rescue! (Emmy’s still not quite sure what happened ? ?),” Yearwood wrote.

Yearwood continued, “In the spirit of #GivingTuesday let’s bring awareness to the importance of#petadoption & #animalrescue. Millie was the ONLY dog adopted Saturday from Maury County Animal Services. You can save a life, have a new best friend and give a homeless pet a forever home at the same time. Who knows, you might even adopt one of Millie’s siblings! xoxo.”

Brooks announced this month that he will be going on a stadium tour that will last 3 years. The first two stops of his tour are at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ and at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, MO. More details will be released at a later date.

“We’re here today to announce, I wanted to call it the ‘Big A– Stadium Tour,’ but they voted me down on that, so we’re just going to call it the Stadium Tour for right now. It was going to be a college tour, but because of the cities, how they worked out, there’s going to be some professional stadiums in it as well. So we’re just gonna keep it at a Stadium Tour, “Brooks said at a media event.
