According to billboard.com, Charles Goldstuck struck a $30 million dollar deal with members of the Tavistock Group.
Goldstuck struck a deal with the resort’s principal partners — including Tavistock Group founder and billionaire Joe Lewis, Justin Timberlake, pro golfers Tiger Woods and Ernie Els, and managing partner Christopher Anand — to make the studio a reality.
The new state-of-the-art facility will allow fifty percent of the Bahamas locals entry into The Sanctuary at Albany. Goldstuck hired Ann Mincielli to run The Sanctuary. Mincielli owns Jungle Studios in New York and she also manages Alicia Keys’ studio.

The Sanctuary at Albany started back in 2013 and finally came to life in 2018. The facility is designed to have artists come out and record while their friends and loved ones relax on the beautiful estate. The recording studio would like to double as classrooms and hopes to partner with Kennesaw State University’s Joel A. Katz Music and Entertainment Business Program and Berklee School of Music. A partnership with these schools could help students from all walks of life.
The 600-acre development overlooks Albany’s 71-slip mega-yacht marina. These breath-taking views will be sure to create a hit.
“There are probably more talented musicians per capita in the Bahamas than anywhere else in the world, but there are no facilities,” he says. “This was an opportunity to build a world-class facility that can serve as a catalyst for local talent development.”
