Cuba Gooding Jr. Accused of Groping a Woman at NYC Club

Cuba Gooding Jr. is being investigated after allegedly groping a woman at a Manhattan club, according to Page Six.

Cuba Gooding Jr. met with NYPD sex crimes detectives on Thursday to face an allegation that he drunkenly groped a clubgoer at a rooftop bar in Midtown.

The “Jerry Maguire” Oscar winner stepped out of a dark SUV in front of Manhattan’s Special Victims Division base on East 123rd Street just after 2 p.m

Gooding’s sitdown with cops comes as his attorney, Mark J. Heller, insisted that video of the actor’s Sunday night jaunt to the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge in Midtown shows he did nothing wrong.

Gooding, however, is set to be formally arrested for forcible touching, and Manhattan prosecutors will decide what charges to bring at the actor’s arraignment, expected late Thursday.

The NYPD is investigating a woman’s claim that the actor inappropriately touched her on Sunday night.

The 30-year-old woman said that Gooding Jr. grabbed her breast around 9 pm at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge. She reportedly called 911 early morning around 1 am.

The alleged victim said Gooding Jr. was “highly intoxicated,” and sources claim she got into a heated argument with him that was broken up by security.

The 51-year-old was seen on video leaving the club after the incident.
