Candace Cameron Bure spoke out about Lori Loughlin’s absence from Fuller House.
Loughlin is expected not to return for the final season of the Netflix series due to her involvement in the college admissions scandal.
The actress and her fashion designer husband, Mossimo Giannulli, allegedly paid $500,000 to bribe the University of Southern California’s crew coach. Last month, the two pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.
Cameron Bure spoke with ET at the 2019 Wango Tango concert on Saturday about her co-star and friend’s exit from the show.
“It hasn’t been discussed,” Cameron Bure, who plays D.J. Tanner said. “I have absolutely no answer for it and Netflix has not even spoken about it.”
The show’s final 18 episodes are set to premiere on Netflix later this year.
